This daylong conference is connected to the Alternative Energy Future project of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Prof. Ann Carlson and Dallas Burtraw of Resources For the Future are study group chairs, and will be releasing a book on Long Term Energy Policy: Lessons from the Clean Air Act. This conference will be a complement to that book project.
